OAED

The Labor Force Employment Organization (OAED) is the main instrument for implementing government policy for employment, to ensure the necessary conditions for the rapid adjustment of labor to the requirements of demand, in line with the program economic development of the country and the respective guidelines and directives of the Minister for Employment and Social Protection.
OAED is a governmental organization and is supervised by the Ministry of Employment and Social Protection.

Specifically, the Agency seeks to ensure:

• Vocational Guidance of the workforce (Professional Orientation of workforce)
• Technical Professional Education and Vocational Training of the workforce.
• To facilitate contact between supply and demand of work.
• Benefits, including the conditions to grant unemployed, completing pregnancy and maternity benefits provided by the IKA
