INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION & PARTNERSHIPS
Orfeas works with international organizations, educational institutions and youth groups to design and deliver meaningful learning experiences in Greece. We work with universities, youth organizations, schools and international institutions to design tailor-made educational experiences. Programs can be delivered as study visits, summer schools, leadership academies, cultural immersion experiences, training courses or international camps.
Orfeas” is a non-profit organization based in Xylokastro, Greece, active since 2003 in the fields of youth development, intercultural learning, community engagement, culture, wellbeing, sport and international cooperation.
Through local, national and European initiatives, Orfeas creates opportunities for young people to learn, connect and contribute through meaningful experiences that combine education, culture, creativity and active participation.
The organization has extensive experience in hosting international volunteers, implementing youth mobility activities, organizing community events and facilitating non-formal learning programmes for young people from diverse backgrounds.
Orfeas has coordinated and hosted:

HOSTING CAPACITY AND PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT
Group Size: Small and medium-sized groups (10–40 participants)
Programme Duration: From short study visits and experience weeks (5–7 days) to extended programmes (10–14+ days)
Seasons: Programmes can be organized throughout the year, with spring, summer and autumn offering ideal conditions for outdoor and experiential activities.
Learning Activities: Workshops, non-formal interactive learning methods, intercultural learning, outdoor education, cultural experiences, creative workshops, community-based learning, international team of facilitators.
Local Network: Strong cooperation with schools, youth groups, local professionals, cultural organizations, sports clubs and community stakeholders.
